Ronan Palmer
Ronan is the Head of E3G’s clean economy programme, to support the transition to an economy that is zero carbon and sustainable. A major focus of his work at the moment is the recovery from the COVID-19 crisis. He joined E3G in May 2019 from Ofwat, the water regulator for England and Wales, where he was Director of Strategy. Prior to that, he was Chief Economist for the English Environment Agency. He has also worked for the National Grid Company and the UK Department of Environment. He is passionate about inclusion and disability rights, and a lover of language.
